国际学生必须注册为全日制、攻读学位的学生. 获得im体育网页版的入学资格, 所有国际学生申请者必须提交:
- An application
- Application fee
- Documentation of sufficient funds

- 托福网考(iBT)官方成绩，92分, with a minimum speaking exam score of 26, a minimum reading exam score of 20, a minimum writing exam score of 24 and minimum listening exam score of 22; or IELTS exam score of level 6 (or 6.5 for AEAM applicants); or PTE Academic -Pearson exam results with a minimum speaking exam score of 71, a minimum reading exam score of 53, 写作考试最低62分，听力考试最低59分.

F-1学生需要足够的资金证明文件，因为美国移民局禁止在学习的第一年在校外就业. 国际学生在校期间每周在校工作时间不得超过20小时，假期期间可以全职工作, 只要他们保持状态，并打算注册下一学期.
巴斯泰尔大学的国际学生就业资金非常有限，不应被视为重要的收入来源.
